Our vocational training programme is aimed at making the disabled persons productive in their jobs. We give on job training and on site work behaviour. We teach them work skills necessary to compete in the main stream jobs. Our Rural vocational training programmes are successful with the support of families and individuals with disabilities. Students with disabilities learned in the schooling age will continue to flourish in our transition academy. We help the students to get through different competitive exams.
Since 1998 Manochetana has been successfully implementing this programme for Children with Mental Retardation in a barrier free environment at rural area of Warangal District.
